²¹ He pours contempt on nobles^(A)
    and disarms the mighty.^(B)
22 He reveals the deep things of darkness^(C)
    and brings utter darkness^(D) into the light.^(E)
23 He makes nations great, and destroys them;^(F)
    he enlarges nations,^(G) and disperses them.^(H)
